  • Goncolo alves scale with stainless steel corby rivets and an additional layer of epoxy this blade is tough and meant to be used and abused. Built to last a lifetime.

    Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. A go in the dishwasher will cause warping in the wood which will cause the handle to delaminate.

    DRY AFTER WASHING. Carbon steel will rust if not dried after washing.

    Product will petina with use. A badge of honor and a testament to how the owner uses their tool. Petina on carbon steel blades is natural, harmless and pretty. If you want to restore some shine to your carbon steel blade after petina build up just use an abrasive sponge.
